Fall 2026 – Week 2 Recap
MIDLAND, MICHIGAN – The week of September 21st to September 27th saw the debut of the Rocket League Academy White roster in their debut match against Robert Morris University. Additionally, the weekend of the Great Lakes Gaming Convention provided a busy weekend for the Timberwolves, with 3 trophies being won by esports athletes, as well as the program’s involvement in the event.
Northwood Rocket League Varsity continues to remain as the standout team for this week as not only have they continued to display their dominance within the Collegiate Rocket League space, but their win at home in the Dow Diamond further cements their excellence within the Midland Community.
The week of September 28th to October 4th will mark the start of NECC competition as the play-ins and ranking committees decide where NU esports roster falls within the divisional structure of the league.
